“Refer a Mate” Program T/Cs
We are thrilled to announce that our renowned “Refer a Mate” program has been expanded to include all Dominion Group Au field staff members! This exciting update offers both referrers and referees the opportunity to earn rewards.
Program Details:
- Eligibility Period: The program is effective from.
Reward Structure:
- For referring candidates who are RNs, ENs, RMs, or Theatre Staff, the referrer will receive $250.
- For referring candidates who are AINs, PCAs, or Disability Support Workers, the referrer will receive $100.
Key Clarifications:
- A referred candidate must either be a new employee to Dominion Group Au and its associated brands or must not have worked a shift within the Dominion Group Au network for the past 2 years.
- To be eligible as a referrer, you must be an active employee who has worked a contract or shift within the last 3 months.
- During the candidate’s interview, the referee must mention your name for our record-keeping purposes. The referral’s validity and the referrer’s introduction should occur via our website. Please note that a delay in notifying us about the referral may result in the reward not being offered.
- The reward will be granted to both the referee and the referrer once the referred candidate completes 100 hours of work within 90 days of starting employment with Dominion Group Au. Please be aware that candidates must remain active to claim their rewards.
- To redeem your reward, please send an email request to the relevant division at reward@dominiongroupau.com.
